I use this boat fridge freezer. I initially tried a deep cycle battery. After two minutes, it shut down f1 (low voltage). An 800w inverter connected its 120v line cord. That lasted several hours. It uses more electricity than its 60w rating. It quickly cools to max setting on 120v shore power. I usually set the freezer at 10��F and the cooler at 39��F. Ice cream is easily scoopable at these settings. It cycles frequently. Overall, it works, cleans well, and I enjoy the door-opening led light. . I’m not returning it because I don’t think there are any cheaper travel refrigerator/freezers.

On 5/25/20, it arrived. Box had broken side.Sides were unprotected. The box’s top corner was dented. Plugged in, set freezer to 0 and fridge to 35. Water bottle froze overnight. Inside was 6 degrees warmer than the cooler’s digital freezer temperature.

I just plugged this in. I couldn’t access the “app” option until I downloaded the app. The app will locate it. Performance has been good. It works better with food/liquid to slow temperature changes. Happy. Recommend. Buy again.

So far, good unit.I received it yesterday ?and let it sit upright for a few hours because Fedex put it at my door on its side. Put it into a wall outlet on max with one side in freezer mode and the other in fridge mode. After 6 hours, fridge was 34f and freezer was -4. Perfect!!

This is the fastest, most efficient portable cooler/freezer I’ve used. It starts cooling faster and uses less power than other similar-sized models, maybe due to its compressor technology or aluminum casing. This portable unit is large enough for most expeditions. Aluminum cans fit well in its extra-deep compartment. Soft things like sandwiches must be packed on top or in containers because the fridge has no dividers. This cooler’s main drawback is that it’s louder than others I’ve used
