If your fridge is anything like ours the ice maker can’t keep up with our family of 5. We wanted to purchase an ice maker to put in our shop but didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg for one. I came across this one and couldn’t pass it up for the price. We have had it since July and have had no issues with it. It keeps up great and is worth the money.

This is my second purchase from Euhomy. I bought my first one in 2020 and it was an absolute work-horse. I have a houseboat and pontoon at a marina and ice is fairy expensive. We bought the first one and starting bagging our own ice (storing it in my deep freeze) to take to the boat. We probably go through 2 bags a day when we are there which is basically every weekend year round and even more during the summer. I never bought a bag of ice from the marina again! About a month ago, I noticed the ice maker was constantly running water through it (I had the drain running into a 5 gallon bucket) but it was still making ice. I contacted support and they were very quick to respond (phone and email) each time I contacted them. So anyone that says their support is bad is WRONG!! They suggested that the float may need replaced. I asked if I could get a discount if I bought another since I was a repeat customer and they said yes. So I gave the old one to my brother-in-law to fix and bought another! Afterall, after 4 years of making ice it had paid for it self 10 times over probably! The new one is working like a charm and I expect it to last another 4 years or more!

This ice machine is worth it’s price. Quick connections with easy to follow instructions. It’s small, but dont let that fool you. Easily holds 20 to 25 lbs of ice in it’s bin or equal to 5 1/2 (one gallon) ziplock bags full. Weight per gallon ziplock was slightly over 4lbs. Set your thickness +2 (maybe more or less for you, try a few test rounds) in order to get thick ice that’s still breakable off the sheet of ice that drops to maximize the ice ability to last longer.
Has no issue making 25lbs of ice in 6 hours so I can see it producing 100lbs of (+2) thick ice in 24hrs.
This is perfect for filling the cooler before excursions or road trips or putting a few extra bags in the freezer for later or a planned multi cooler fill. Extremely quite, the ice dropping is louder than the compressor running. Over all a quality product with great results!

It makes too much noise for operation. I had to set the thickness to -4 so it can be broken for glass size use. This setting results in very thin ice and it melts extremely fast.
