This ice machine works great. I’ve seen some reviews that say it’s loud. I don’t think it’s louder than it should be at all. When Ice is made and put in the tray, it will make a noise. Most of the refrigerators I’ve seen that have an ice maker built in are louder than this one. I let the machine work in the kitchen while I watch TV in the living room. I sometimes hear the sound of ice falling into the ice tray as it is being made. I think for a second that someone is in the kitchen before I realize that it’s just the ice maker. The ice machine makes two different sizes of ice. The shape of a bullet with a hole in one end. I like that. Most of the time, I make small ice bullets. In this machine, I ONLY USE SPRING WATER. The only taste is that of clean ice. I will not use tap water. I also make sure the machine is dry when I’m not using it. The drain plug is in the wrong place, which is the only thing I don’t like about the ice maker. There is a plastic stopper under the front of the unit, and to open it to drain, you have to pull the ice maker over the edge of the counter. It’s hard to pull the plug out, and it feels strange to move it to the edge of the counter so I can drain it. When I’m done making ice, I drain it and then wipe it out with a paper towel to make sure it’s dry. This way, the ice will always taste fresh.

It got there very quickly. I let it sit for a while after I took it out of the box. I did what the manual said to do, and it works great. I put cold water in it, and it turns into ice very quickly. The basket is full in 30 minutes! This is worth every penny.

My boyfriend and I were delighted to receive this as a Christmas gift. It quickly produces ice, is simple to clean, and has a compact design. Although, it may need frequent refilling if used frequently, like in our case. Overall, a fantastic product that I highly recommend!

This is an incredibly cool (pun intended) device. We are thrilled with the quality and amount of ice it produces. Using distilled water results in clear and hard ice, while tap water creates a softer and chewier option.

    Best purchase ever (for now)

    A reliable ice maker.

Initially, I was hesitant to make this purchase as I didn’t want another item taking up space my countertop. However, since we consume a lot of ice, I eventually decided it was necessary. I am so glad I made this decision! The ice maker has exceeded my expectations in every way and has proven to be worth the money and counter space.

I bought it in July. AWESOME!!! Have treated it well and used it every day! I noticed a few weeks ago that there were pools of water on my counter every day. I thought maybe it was from the sink because it was kept by the sink. It to a different counter? Now that one is drenched, and everything else on the counter is too!!! A lot of trouble. For now, put a towel under it while you wait to hear from the company:(
